Consultancy Service
Occasionally organisations benefit from some external help and support. This does not mean that they are not doing well or do not have the resources within the organisation to undertake a piece of work. Sometimes it is more cost effective to employ a consultant or organisations feel that they would benefit from the support a consultant brings.
I offer a range of consultancy services to settings. These include:
- Developing and supporting teams
- Implementing new structures and areas in settings
- Writing guidance documents for organisations
